How to order products

1. Go to the product details page.

2. Add the item to the cart.

3. Click [View Cart] to check the items in the cart.

4. Click [Check Out] and fill in your details.

Be sure to check that the delivery address is correct.

Enter the payment method, delivery date and time if you wish, and the payment method, and click [Confirm Order Details].

To use a voucher, enter voucher code to redeem discounts.

Be sure to check that the information you have entered is correct, and then click [Place Order Now].

* If you choose credit card payment, please enter your credit card information after [Place Order Now].

* If you choose bank transfer, please assist to upload “Proof of Payment” image and information after payment is made.

In case of unpaid bank transfer, orders will be cancelled if the deposit is not made within 48 hours from the order date, and the depositor’s name, bank and deposit amount entered at the time of order must all match.

If the order information of the deposit has elapsed, please contact the customer center for processing.


About Cancellation

We do not accept cancellations, changes or returns of ordered products after the order is completed due to customer's convenience.

Shipping (TBC)

Orders placed by 12:00 pm on the day will be shipped within the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 am will be shipped the next business day after the order is placed.


STANDARD Delivery that takes about 3-5 business days after shipment, and may vary depending on the courier's circumstances and your location.

Change of Delivery Address

Change the delivery address, date and time

Storage Period and Cancellation 

If we cannot contact you within the storage period due to a long absence or unknown address at the time of delivery, it will be returned to our warehouse and your order will be cancelled.

* If you purchased by credit card, the credit card company will refund the money the following month or the month after next.

About Exchange & Refund

Please be informed that all products sold (promotional-priced items and non-promotional-priced items) are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable except for Musee Original Shaver. 

If the delivered Musee Original Shaver is defective or if you have received an incorrect item in your order, we will exchange it for the same product as soon as possible.

We make every effort to deliver the products, but please check the products when they arrive.


DEFECTS OF MUSEE ORIGINAL SHAVER — If there is a defect in the product, it is possible to return within 7 days of receiving the product. Return shipping is FREE if you return your product due to defective or incorrect delivery. 

Except for the above mentioned, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

* When returning or exchanging, please return it in an unopened and unused state. Products with the product package sticker or film removed cannot be returned.

In the unlikely event that the sticker or film on the package of the returned product has been peeled off (dirt or peeling of the shipping package or sticker is not applicable), we will return it to the customers.

Not eligible for returns

  • Items 8 days or more after arrival
  • Products processed, damaged or used by the customer
  • The goods are lost or damaged due to purchaser’s negligence
  • Products that customers have used even once
  • If the product box is missing or damaged
  • If there are no product tags or accessories
  • Differences in color and scent image
  • Special promotion such as clearance products and free gifts
  • Products purchased due to a customer's order mistake
  • Allergic reaction
